From this we can begin the attentive steps to put your wishes into reality.

What is Humanistic Counselling

Humanistic therapy is an approach that I chose to train in for its natural capabilities in helping individuals realize their full potential. Humanistic therapy is rooted in the belief that every individual has the innate capability to grow, move through and develop into the individual they choose to be. Such change and growth can occur through coming into contact with an environment that is facilitative in understanding that individual.

About the sessions

I will provide a confidential environment that is warm, respectful, understanding and open. If you so wish, we can explore repressed and unfinished issues, thoughts, feelings and destructive behaviours that affect your present life. We can also work on decisions that ultimately reflect on your mind and body.

This can be achieved verbally or creatively and is unique to that very moment; within this, exploring an understanding of your world. To begin to grasp what parts of your life have not been beneficial. Such revelations can bring about the movement, choices and even long awaited change.

The greatest gifts in life are new thoughts, unexpected laughter and wisdom.
